Here's what you do, and what the system handles.

Two helpers run in the background. You handle the in-person work and the quote. Six buttons on your screen tell the system what just happened — that's the whole job.

Helper #1

The Greeter

Runs before you ever meet the customer. Greets new leads, books the estimate on your calendar, sends reminders. Also turns away anyone outside your service area or asking for work you don't do — they never hit your screen.

Helper #2

The Booking Helper

Kicks in the moment you tap "Quote Sent." Waits 5 days, sends one soft check-in text, then drops whatever the customer replies into your Reply to This Contact inbox. Never argues, never closes. That part's yours.

You do

Drive to the house. Walk the space. Write the quote with your numbers. Call back when they have questions. Send the contract. Close the deal.

The system does

Greets the lead. Filters out the obvious no's. Books the estimate. Sends reminders. Waits 5 days after the quote. Texts a soft check-in. Drops every reply into your inbox.

Your six buttons

When you tap Quote Sent, the app asks one quick thing: did you send it by email, text, or phone? Tap one. Helper follows up the same way. Three seconds.

The Reply to This Contact inbox

Every time a customer replies to the Booking Helper, their message lands in one place — the Reply to This Contact inbox. Their name, what they said, and one tap to text or call them back. That's the part that replaces you having to remember who needs a callback. The inbox holds it until you handle it.
